Shenzhen Xinyuren Technology's (SHA:688573) chairman, Yang Zhiming, was appointed to act as a chief financial officer, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The company is yet to appoint a new CFO.The Chinese high-end equipment manufacturer's shares slumped by less than 6% at the close.
