Sinophorus Electronic Materials to Contribute to Industrial Investment JV
Hubei Sinophorus Electronic Materials (SHA:688545) will contribute to a 150-million-yuan equity and industrial investment joint venture to be called Hubei Xingfa Investment, according to a Friday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.The listed company will contribute 36.8 million yuan, equivalent to 24.5% of the JV, while Yichang Xingfa Group will also contribute the same proportion. Hubei Xingfa Chemical will hold 51% of the JV and will contribute 76.5 million yuan.The platform will invest in upstream and downstream supply chains, the filing said.
