Guoke Defence's Chairman Resigns
Jiangxi Guoke Defence Group's (SHA:688543) chairman, Yu Yongan, resigned due to work reassignment, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.The company's vice chairman, Huang Junhua, will perform the chairman's duties until Yu's successor is named.The Chinese defense products manufacturer's shares rose 2% at the close.
