3Peak to Inject 500 Million Yuan to Jointly Establish Partnership Fund
3Peak (SHA:688536) plans to subscribe 500 million yuan as a limited partner to jointly establish a partnership fund, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.The semiconductor company's shares slipped 1% at the close of Monday's trade.The fund, Suzhou Tongxin Jiayuan Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), aims to raise capital worth 1.30 billion yuan and invest in upstream and downstream sectors of the company's industrial chain.The company will own 38.6% of the partnership fund.
