Omat Advanced Materials (Guangdong) (SHA:688530) is looking to raise up to 500 million yuan from the sale of 48 million shares to as many as 35 investors via a private placement, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Proceeds will fund high‑performance copper and copper alloy components, superconducting materials projects, high‑purity and ultra‑high‑purity metal R&D, and working capital, the filing said.
