Smarter Microelectronics (SHA:688512) looks to raise up to 300 million yuan from the sale of about 25 million shares to 35 investors via a private placement, according to a Thursday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.The company will use the proceeds to fund its mobile communication radio frequency front-end module project, communication modules for emerging application situations, and working capital.
