Genew Technologies (SHA:688418) plans to invest 4 million yuan for a 20% stake in low-altitude infrastructure and operations company Pengyou (Shenzhen) Flight Technology.The investment includes 2.5 million yuan in registered capital and 1.5 million yuan in capital reserve, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Pengyou (Shenzhen) Flight Technology develops takeoff sites, aircraft charging facilities, and smart mobility systems.
