SBT Ultrasonic Completes Acquisition of Remaining Stake in Subsidiary
SBT Ultrasonic Technology (SHA:688392) completed the acquisition of the remaining stake it did not own in its subsidiary, Shanghai Jiaocheng Semiconductor Equipment Technology, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The remaining 40% was bought for 20.8 million yuan.Jiaocheng Semiconductor Equipment obtained the renewed business license from the Shanghai Minhang District Administration for Market Regulation after being fully owned by the Chinese ultrasonic equipment and automation services provider.The company's shares fell 2% during the afternoon trade.
