Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor Shareholder Plans Minority Stake Sale; Shares Down 5%
Shanghai Bright Power Semiconductor (SHA:688368) said shareholder Hainan Jingzherui Venture Capital Partnership plans to transfer over 2.9 million shares, or 1.44% of the company's total equity.The transfer will be conducted through a block trade by negotiation to institutional investors, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the semiconductor manufacturer were down over 5% in recent trade.
