Rigol Technologies Nears Hong Kong IPO; Shanghai Shares Down 3%
Rigol Technologies (SHA:688337) said the Hong Kong Stock Exchange has reviewed its listing application after the June 18 hearing.The proposed H-share listing still requires final clearance from the Hong Kong bourse and Securities and Futures Commission, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The electronic test equipment manufacturer applied for listing on the Hong Kong bourse in September 2025.Shares of Rigol Technologies were down 3% in recent trade.
