Xi'an Bright Laser Tech's Unit Signs 9 Million Yuan Deals With Associate
Xi'an Bright Laser Technologies' (SHA:688333) unit, Xi'an Bright Laser Technologies, signed sales and purchase contracts worth almost 9 million yuan with its associate, Beijing Zhengshi Precision Control Technology, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.Shares of the manufacturer of metal 3D printers closed 3% lower Monday.Under the contracts, Bright Laser Technologies, or BLT, will purchase goods and services from Zhengshi Precision for 8.8 million yuan and will sell products and services to Zhengshi Precision for 152,900 yuan.
