Guangdong Cellwise Microelectronics (SHA:688325) appointed Li Weijun chief financial officer, according to a Shanghai bourse disclosure on Thursday.Li will take over from Hu Jingbao, who resigned to comply with the board of directors' rules for supervision.The Chinese analog chip manufacturer's shares rose 2% at the close.
