Beijing JCZ Technology (SHA:688291) will purchase a 55% stake in Changchun Summit Optoelectronic Technology for about 178.8 million yuan.The target company, which produces precision optoelectronic control products, was valued at 325.3 million yuan under the deal, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.
