Huate Gas Shareholders to Further Trim Stake in Company
Three shareholders of Guangdong Huate Gas (SHA:688268) plan to further reduce their stakes in the company due to funding needs, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.Xiamen Huahong Duofu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), Xiamen Huahe Duofu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership), and Xiamen Huajin Duofu Investment Partnership (Limited Partnership) will offload up to 2.6 million shares, representing a 2% stake in the company, between Sept. 28 and Dec. 27.The shareholders, which currently own an aggregate 8.47% stake in Huate Gas, have previously disposed of part of their shareholdings earlier in the year.The gas company's shares dropped over 2% during the afternoon trade.
