C*Core Technology (SHA:688262) completed internal testing of its new-generation automotive electronics microcontroller unit product, CCM4202S-O.CCM4202S-O is designed for hands-off detection applications requiring larger capacitance detection range, higher precision, greater integration and enhanced safety, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse. Hands-off detection is a core safety function in advanced driver assistance systems.Third-party testing has yet to be completed, but related work is underway.Shares of the chipmaker closed 3% higher Thursday.
