Prisemi Electronics to Acquire Semiconductor Device Makers for 403 Million Yuan
Shanghai Prisemi Electronics (SHA:688230) plans to acquire two companies through the issuance of convertible bonds and cash for 402.6 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The semiconductor device maker will fully acquire Shanghai Jishun Technology and 17.2% of Shanghai Shunlei Technology, which produces power semiconductor devices.Jishun Tech directly owns 82.9% of Shunlei and serves as its holding vehicle.The convertible bonds to be issued will have a four-year term and a 0.1% coupon rate. Its initial conversion price would be 42.79 yuan per share.
