Smartsens Technology to Raise 3.2 Billion Yuan from Share Placement
Smartsens Technology (SHA:688213) plans to raise proceeds of up to 3.20 billion yuan from a private share placement, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.The proceeds will be used to fund a CIS solution R&D and industrialization project for high-performance imaging applications and for intelligent driving, as well as for a CIS and edge AI ASIC solution research and development for Vision AI.The rest will be used to fund the company's supplementary working capital.
