Autel Intelligent Technology to Pay 1.50 Yuan Per Bond in Fourth Year Interest
Autel Intelligent Technology (SHA:688208) is paying 1.50 yuan per 100 yuan face value under its fourth-year interest payment for 1.28 billion yuan in convertible bonds.The interest will be paid July 8 to holders of record as of July 7, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The bonds, issued in July 2022, carry a 1.50% coupon for year four.
