Guangdong Leadyo IC Testing Terminates Acquisition
Guangdong Leadyo IC Testing (SHA:688135) terminated its planned purchase of Guoxin Micro (Chongqing) Technology, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The conditions for the transaction were not yet ripe, leading to the termination of the deal, the integrated circuit testing company said in its filing.The transaction was first announced in December 2024.
