Shanghai Haoyuan Chemexpress Stock Ownership Platforms to Trim Stakes
Three Shanghai Haoyuan Chemexpress (SHA:688131) employee stock ownership platforms will reduce their stakes by up to 4.99 million shares to meet personal funding needs, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shanghai Chenxiao Enterprise Management Consulting Center and Chenxi Leading Management Consulting Partnership will reduce their stakes by up to 2.1 million shares each, while Shanghai Chenmai Enterprise Management Center Shanghai will sell up to 725,320 shares.The share sale is set until Dec. 16, 2026.
