Pinming Technology (SHA:688109) is investing 11 million yuan for a 49.95% stake as a limited partner in the Ningbo Haoxi Zhuoyue Venture Capital Partnership.The private equity fund, with total commitments of 22 million yuan, will exclusively invest in an identified unlisted target company in an emerging industry, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the software product distributor closed 3% higher Thursday.
