ArcSoft Chair Proposes Interim Dividend
ArcSoft (SHA:688088) actual controller and chair Hui Deng proposed an interim cash dividend for 2026.Hui recommended a payout of 60% to 100% of first-half attributable net profit, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.The proposal is subject to board approval.Shares of the artificial intelligence technology services company closed 2% in recent trade.
