Cathay Biotech's H1 Attributable Profit Jumps 21%
Cathay Biotech's (SHA:688065) attributable profit rose 21% to 372.7 million yuan in the first half from 308.7 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.Earnings per share at the Chinese bio-based materials developer increased to 0.52 yuan from 0.47 yuan in the prior-year period.Operating revenue grew 14% year over year to 1.90 billion yuan from 1.67 billion yuan.
