Wuxi Zhenhua Auto Parts (SHA:605319) completed the acquisition of 57% of Deweijia Automotive Electronic Systems (Wuxi), according to a Thursday disclosure on the Shanghai bourse.Deweijia obtained the business license related to the changes in control from the Jiangyin Municipal Data Bureau.The Chinese automotive parts manufacturer's shares dropped 3% at the close.
