Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment Completes Stake Purchase in Robot Maker
Suzhou Douson Drilling & Production Equipment (SHA:603800) subsidiary Suzhou Hongtian High-End Equipment Research Institute completed the acquisition of Shandong Guoxing Intelligent Technology for 265.2 million yuan, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Following completion, Douson will hold 51% of Guoxing Intelligent and control 62.87% of voting rights of the robot maker, the filing said.
