Guosheng Shian Technology (SHA:603778) mutually terminated its planned 240.6-million-yuan acquisition of Tongling Fuyue Technology.The deal failed to satisfy a key condition precedent, which was securing an acquisition loan, despite an extension to April 15, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the landscape company fell 10% in recent trade.
