Zhejiang Langdi Discloses Registration Completion of Private Equity Fund
Zhejiang Langdi (SHA:603726) said the Ningbo Yaoshang Yanchuang Qisuo Venture Capital Fund completed registration with the Asset Management Association of China.The air-conditioning products manufacturer, which invested 100 million yuan in the fund, serves as a limited partner with a 26.04% stake, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the company rose 1% in recent trade.
