Neway Valve's Attributable Profit Jumps 31% in Q1
Neway Valve (Suzhou)'s (SHA:603699) attributable profit rose 31% to 345.2 million yuan in the first quarter from 262.7 million yuan in the year-ago period, according to a Thursday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Basic earnings per share at the industrial valves manufacturer increased to 0.45 yuan from 0.34 yuan in the prior-year period.Operating revenue grew 17% year over year to 1.81 billion yuan from 1.56 billion yuan.
