EmbedWay Technologies (Shanghai) Completes Acquisition of Majority Stake in Shuneng Information Technology
EmbedWay Technologies (Shanghai) (SHA:603496) completed the acquisition of a 49.3667% stake in Shanghai Shuheng Information Technology for 437.3 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Following the transaction, the listed company now holds 51% of Shuneng, making it a controlled subsidiary, the filing said.Authorities in Shanghai have already issued a new business license following the stake sale.
