TEMB to Offer 30 Million Shares in Shanghai IPO
Automotive thermal management components manufacturer TEMB (SHA:603448) on Aug. 26 will offer 30 million shares, representing 25% of post-offering equity, in an initial public offering on Shanghai's Main Board.Proceeds will fund intelligent thermal management manufacturing, production expansion, research and development center, and information technology upgrades, according to a Tuesday prospectus on the Shanghai bourse.China Securities serves as lead underwriter for the offering.
