Jack Technology's Unit Completes Acquisition of Italy's Comelz
Jack Technology's (SHA:603337) unit Jack Technology completed the acquisition of Italian equipment supplier Comelz, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Saturday.The Chinese intelligent manufacturing equipment manufacturer's shares rose 1% at the close of Monday's trade.Comelz was bought from automated cutting equipment maker Bullmer Italia.
