ACE Investment & Development Gets Warning Over Disclosure Breaches; Shares Down 3%
Shanghai ACE Investment & Development (SHA:603329) received a warning from the China Securities Regulatory Commission's Shanghai bureau for breaches in its disclosures, according to a Shangahi bourse filing on Thursday.The regulator's probe found that the company's earnings reports in 2024 and 2025 were inaccurate after using an accounting method that breached regulation.The company was required to make corrections and write a rectification report within 30 days after receiving the regulator's decision.The Chinese supply chain logistics company's shares dropped 3% during the afternoon trade.
