Tospo Lighting Unit to Invest 68 Million Yuan in Private Equity Fund; Shares Fall 5%
Hengdian Group Tospo Lighting (SHA:603303) said its Singapore subsidiary will invest about 68.2 million yuan as a limited partner in private equity fund HBYT Co-Investment.The fund is managed by Hillhouse Investment Management, according to a weekend filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the lighting products manufacturer fell nearly 5% in recent trade.
