Yong Jie New Material's Three Shareholders Plan to Divest Company Stake
Yong Jie New Material's (SHA:603271) three shareholders plan to reduce their holdings in the company, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.Qianhai Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), Zhongyuan Qianhai Equity Investment Fund (Limited Partnership), Qilu Qianhai (Qingdao) Venture Capital Fund Partnership (Limited Partnership) will offload a respective 3%, 1.99% and 1.19% of their company holdings between Sept. 2 and Dec. 1.Currently, Qianhai Equity Fund, Zhongyuan Qianhai Fund and Qilu Qianhai Fund collectively own 15,800,000 shares, or 7.97% of the company's total shares.The Chinese aluminum products manufacturer's shares fell 2% at the close.
