E-P Equipment Proposes to Raise Related-Party Transactions' Estimated Amount By 142 Million Yuan in 2026
Zhejiang E-P Equipment (SHA:603194) proposed to increase the estimated amount of related-party transactions for the year by 142.4 million yuan, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.The transactions will include purchases and sales of products and services.The Chinese industrial vehicle manufacturer's estimated amount will rise to 198.6 million yuan from 56.2 million yuan.The company's shares rose 2% at the close.
