Zhejiang Shapuaisi Pharmaceutical Terminates 528 Million-Yuan Plan to Buy Shanghai Tianlun Hospital Owner
Zhejiang Shapuaisi Pharmaceutical (SHA:603168) canceled its planned purchase of Shanghai Qinli Industrial, according to a Thursday filing.The pharmaceutical company noted that it terminated the plan, which was first announced March 18 and would have seen the acquisition of the Shanghai Tianlun Hospital under a deal worth 528 million yuan, after careful consideration and mutual agreement with the counterparty.
