Zhejiang Yunzhongma's Private Placement Passes Shanghai Bourse Evaluation
Zhejiang Yunzhongma's (SHA:603130) private placement of up to 41.3 million shares to 35 investors passed the evaluation of the Shanghai Stock Exchange, according to a Wednesday bourse filing.The exchange will then submit the application for private placement to the China Securities Regulatory Commission.The leather base cloth manufacturer is looking to raise up to 530 million yuan from the issuance.
