Jiangsu Evergreen New Material Technology to Issue 800 Million Yuan of Convertible Bonds
Jiangsu Evergreen New Material Technology (SHA:603125) will issue 800 million yuan of convertible corporate bonds, according to a Wednesday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.The bonds have a six-year term and an initial conversion price of 24.01 yuan apiece, with a rate of 0.2% in the first, 0.4% in the second, 0.6% in the third, 1% in the fourth, 1.5% in the fifth, and 2% in the sixth.The chemical manufacturer will conduct a roadshow for the issuance on Thursday.Everbright Securities is the underwriter.
