Jiangxi Jiangnan New Material Technology Seeks Up to 1.6 Billion Yuan from Private Placement
Jiangxi Jiangnan New Material Technology (SHA:603124) plans to raise up to 1.60 billion yuan from the sale of up to 43.7 million shares to 35 investors under a private placement, according to a Wednesday disclosure to the Shanghai bourse.Proceeds will help fund the copper-based new materials manufacturer's high-purity electronic-grade copper oxide powder and liquid cooling heat dissipation module and accessories construction projects.
