Jinneng Science & Technology's (SHA:603113) vice chairman, Liu Hongwei, resigned, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Wednesday.Liu will continue to serve the company as deputy general manager.Meanwhile, the company appointed Wang Zhongxia as general manager, taking over from Gu Wenbin, who resigned from the post but will continue to serve in other positions.The coal chemical products manufacturer's shares dipped over 4% at the close.
