Shenzhen Hopewind Electric Leases Shenzhen Office in Related Party Deal
Shenzhen Hopewind Electric (SHA:603063) plans to lease 1,164 square meters of office space at the Chuangzhi Yunzhong project in Shenzhen from related party Wanhe Tiannuo.The six-year lease starts Aug. 15, with total rent of 8.4 million yuan and management fees of 2.0 million yuan, according to a Wednesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Shares of the electrical power equipment maker closed 8% higher Wednesday.
