Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group Forms Cockpit JV in Anhui
Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group (SHA:603035) agreed to invest 18.8 million yuan to establish a joint venture in Anhui, China.The new entity, Anhui Antolin Intelligent Cockpit Systems, has a total registered capital of 47 million yuan and it will manufacture intelligent cockpit components and parts.Jiangsu Changshu Automotive Trim Group will hold a 40% stake, while partner Antolin (China) Investment will take 60% with a 28.2 million yuan investment.Total joint venture investment is expected to reach 120 million yuanShares of the auto parts maker closed 1% higher Tuesday.
