Jiangsu Safety Group Plans 510-Million-Yuan Anhui Specialty Rope Base
Jiangsu Safety Group (SHA:603028) unit Anhui Safety Steel Cable Technology will invest 510 million yuan to build a high-end specialty rope research and development and intelligent manufacturing base in Anhui, China.The project will have an annual capacity of 100,000 tons of high-end ropes for mining, marine engineering, construction machinery, and ports. It includes an R&D center focused on long-life, corrosion-resistant, high-tonnage technologies.Construction is expected to take two years, with maximum capacity four years thereafter.
