China Wafer Level CSP Finds No Insider Trading Ahead of Subsidiary Spinoff
China Wafer Level CSP (SHA:603005) said a self-inspection found no insider trading related to the planned spin-off and listing of subsidiary Anteryon International on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange.The inspection covered the period from Nov. 26, 2025, to May 26, 2026, according to a Tuesday filing with the Shanghai bourse.One individual, Ji Gongping, a family member of a company staffer, traded 800 shares in April. Ji said the trades were independent and not based on insider information.Shares of the chip testing service company rose 3% in recent trade.
