Nanjing Securities' Actual Controller to Raise Company Stake Through Acquisition of Controlling Shareholder's Companies
Nanjing Securities' (SHA:601990) actual controller, Nanjing State-owned Assets Investment, Management and Holding (Group), will increase its direct stake in the company through the acquisition of three companies under the company's controlling shareholder, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Thursday.Nanjing State-owned Assets will acquire Nanjing Transportation Construction Investment Holding (Group), Nanjing Urban Construction Investment Holding (Group) and Nanjing Southeast State-owned Assets Investment Group, which were all held by Nanjing Zijin Investment Group, the company's controlling shareholder.After the transaction, Nanjing State-owned Assets' proportion of control over the company will increase to 39.1% from 28.8%.
