Shanghai Bourse Accepts Hainan Mining's Application to Place Shares
The Shanghai Stock Exchange received Hainan Mining's (SHA:601969) application to place shares for an acquisition, according to a Tuesday bourse filing.The mining company will use the share placement to acquire 69.9% of Luoyang Fengrui Fluorine Industry.
