Haitian International to Purchase Assets, Machines, Equipment for 173 Million Yuan
Haitian International (HKG:1882) agreed to purchase certain machinery from its associate Ningbo Haitian Precision Machinery (SHA:601882) for around 173.4 million yuan, according to a Hong Kong bourse filing Thursday.Shares of the plastic injection molding machines manufacturer fell over 1% in morning trade Friday.The assets to be purchased include an automatic processing line, CNC turning machines, machining centers, and related equipment.
