Jihua's Subsidiary to Sell Land in China
Jihua Group's (SHA:601718) subsidiary, Jihua (Tianjin) New Energy Investment, plans to publicly list land for sale, according to a Shanghai bourse filing on Tuesday.The land will be listed on the Tianjin Property Rights Exchange Center with an initial listing price of 77.3 million yuan.The land is located in Zhangjiawo Demonstration Industrial Park, Xiqing District, Tianjin, China.The military uniform manufacturer's shares dropped 3% at the close.
