Zhuzhou Kibing Seeks Up to 1.43 Billion Yuan Via Private Placement
Zhuzhou Kibing (SHA:601636) is looking to raise up to 1.43 billion yuan from the sale of 887.6 million shares to 35 investors through a share placement porgram, according to a Saturday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Proceeds will be used to fund its glass substrate and glass technology upgrades, and for working capital, among others.
