Bank of Changsha Gets Hunan Regulatory Nod for Unit Capital Injection
Bank of Changsha (SHA:601577) obtained the approval of the Hunan Financial Regulatory Bureau to inject 821 million yuan in capital into unit Changyin 58.The move will raise the consumer finance unit's registered capital to 1.94 billion yuan from 1.12 billion yuan, according to a Friday filing with the Shanghai bourse.Bank of Changsha shares closed 1% higher Friday.
